Printing

Fine Art prints come in the following sizes and materials:

Fine Art Paper:

• 50cm x 70cm [19.68 x 27.56 inches]
• 70cm x 100cm [27.56 x 39.37 inches]
• 100cm x 150cm [39.37 x 59.05]

Canvas:

• 135cm high – with image dependent width

Notes on the final product:

• Please note that we do not supply frames. The fine art prints and canvasses will be sent in secure postage tubes for customers to frame or stretch when received.
• Dimensions for all Fine Art Paper pieces listed on the website are for the paper sheet size, not image size.
• All Fine Art Paper prints, have a white border (image size dependent) included within the given dimensions and are hand-signed in the bottom section of the white border.
• For canvasses, an additional 7cm of the printed canvas is added to the dimensions to allow for the image to be wrapped around the frame when stretched by the customer. The artist’s signature is added within this space, which after stretching will be visible on the side of the canvas.

Notes on Delivery:

• Prices do not include shipping, shipping is only calculated by DHL once the printing, signing, and packaging have been completed.
• All product shipping is done using DHL Express Couriers.
• Once the parcel has been collected, DHL will send us a tracking number, which we will provide you with.
• Each order is checked thoroughly before being securely packaged, therefore in the uncommon event that there are in transit damages due to courier or customs, we will not be held liable.
• We ask that our clients take care when opening the shipping tubes. Carefully cutting through the tape, not cutting through the cardboard tube, removing the lid on either side with caution and slowly sliding the rolled Fine Art out of the tube. We highly recommend opening this cautiously at your selected framers so that once unpacked it is immediately framed, avoiding potential accidental damages repackaging/ moving/ viewing the unframed piece. We will not be held liable for any damages caused by improper unpacking, repackaging, framing or stretching by the client or their selected framers.

Notes on the Refunds & Cancellations:

• Please note we print to purchase, so no refunds are permitted after the order is placed.
• Due to the fact that we are print to purchase it is up to you the client to make sure all the details of your order are correct before placing the order, as we will not be held liable for any pieces mistakenly or wrongly ordered, or shipping errors due to incorrect shipping addresses provided.
